Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Returns – Parts & Accessories

We accept returns on unused parts and accessories within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must not be installed, damaged, or modified

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Security seals (if any) must remain intact

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, installed or physically damaged parts are not eligible for return.

Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


2. Warranty – Parts

We provide warranty coverage on selected parts as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 months / 6 months / 12 months).

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty performance under normal use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by misuse or third-party repair

  • Software-related issues

All warranty claims are subject to testing and inspection by our technicians.


3. Repair Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on repair services performed by our technicians.

This warranty covers:

  • The specific part replaced

  • Workmanship related to the repair performed

The warranty does not cover:

  • Unrelated faults arising after repair

  • Pre-existing internal damage

  • Liquid damage discovered after device opening

  • Software or data loss

  • Accidental or customer-caused damage

Repair warranty is valid only for the original device and is non-transferable.


4. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair service. While we take care during repairs, we are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.


5. Apple & Third-Party Repairs Disclaimer

We specialise in high-quality replacement parts and repairs. However, we are an independent repair provider and are not affiliated with or authorised by Apple Inc.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.


6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
